Legal PA -Team Leader!

I am excited to be supporting an award winning law firm and one of the best in globally to find an experienced Team Leader to manage a high-performing Secretarial Team.

Alongside the day-to-day management, team meetings, appraisals, monthly catch ups, performance reviews you will also have a small allocation of Partners to support to give this a really varied role.

Some of the Partners in this team are very Senior within the firm, experience within a similar role is key! They are based in beautiful offices in a prime location, their hybrid policy is superb offering a variety of flexible working and days working from home.

Duties include:

* Overall responsibility for ensuring the hub is running effectively and in line with model standards

* Performance management of the team including conducting annual process, absence management process in the team

* Utilises skill in influencing stakeholders, quickly building rapport through pro-active development of close professional relationships and active attempts to influence events to achieve goal

* Supporting the secretarial team by ensuring the timely completion of the support team's shared work, ensuring work of an appropriate level is dealt with according to priority;

* Identifying learning and development needs for the team and seeking training solutions

Candidates must have law firm experience as well as managing a team.
