Legal PA to 2 Partners - dealing with Property, Litigation, Corporate and Private Client (Boutique law firm - heart of the West End)

• The role is supporting 2 Partners and 2 Fee Earners, working alongside one other PA
• Working hours are 9:30am - 5:30pm
• Salary up to £55,000
• Ideally, working 5 days in the office, but could have flexibility once the PA is confident within the role
• Based in the beautiful Mayfair area in offices that have a natural blend of a modern and traditional presence
• The role has become available due to their current PA retiring
• They offer advice on Property, Litigation, Corporate and Private Client
• It's an exciting role as one day the PA could be working on trusts and the next a Corporate agreement
• Usual duties such as email and diary management, creating and amending documents, liaising with Clients and taking new Client calls, audio typing, travel booking and the on-boarding of Clients
• The billing is completed via an outsourcing company, but the PA will need to liaise with them/keep on top of this
• They are a sociable bunch, who have a real down-to-earth approach
