Legal PA to Partners

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal PA to join a law firm based in Dudley, offering up to 30k a year on a hybrid basis 50/50, full time and permanent!

This role would be working for a range of fee earners in the private client/wealth team and the duties for this role would include:

• Diary and travel management for the solicitors and partners
• Organise meetings when required which includes coordinating agenda and papers for internal and external meetings
• Acting as a point for clients and colleagues and dealing with screening calls for the team
• Assisting with client queries and monitoring mailboxes
• Dealing with finance requests and manage billing for clients
• Managing a workflow of typing
• Appropriate use of the secretarial team when needed

This law firm has a family feel and is very supportive. The candidate would ideally need previous experience working as a Legal PA or previous PA in another capacity.
