Legal PA to Partners - Corporate Law

c£27,500 per annum, commensurate with experience

What' You'll be Doing

This is very much a Secretary / PA role, suitable for an experienced "career secretary" and would not be suitable for a Paralegal.

The role will involve:

Supporting two Partners/Senior Solicitors in the Corporate/Commercial Department with administration and PA duties
Managing diaries
Liaising with clients in person, by telephone and by email
Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents
Diary management
Scanning of documents onto a legal case management system
Prioritising a busy workloadWho We're Looking For

Suitable candidates will have

A wealth of experience as a PA/Secretary within a law firm or similar professional services environment
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
Fast accurate keyboard skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skillsWhat's on offer

This is a full-time permanent job which is office based, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
