Legal Performance Manager

Job Description

As Legal Performance Manager you will be running a 26 people team, legal admin, legal graduates, paralegal, calling debt in, in a call centre environment.

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the legal litigation team along with:
End to end litigation and accumulated case management process
Managing work flows and processes
Driving team to achieve collection targets
Drive continues improvement
Managing clients to optimize performance
Compliance & Litigation
Legal case loads

Although it would be advantageous this role does not require legal qualifications or SMCR/FCA certification, however experience within a similar environment is a must.
