THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic city-based Law Firm where you will become an integral part of the team. This role would be suitable for someone with a minimum of two years in a similar role within a law firm, with great attention to detail and a passion for providing a high level of support. THE ROLE

To provide a high level of support to fee earners

• Diary management
• Meeting management
• Travel management
• Document work
• Filing, e filing and archiving
• Assisting with production and distribution of management accounts reports
• Create weekly presentations and monthly reports.
• Processing invoices
• Supporting the wider team when needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum of 2 years as a Legal PA
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly and professional with a strong service ethic.
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and see them through to completion.
• Robust with the ability to cope with a demanding environment.
• A team player who is confident sharing information across a broader team.
