We're looking for a Legal Practice Manager who thrives in a small and busy office, enjoys variety, and is eager to make a real impact. If you've got managerial experience and a drive to grow with a forward-thinking team, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing - You'll be the go-to person for the Managing Partner and the heartbeat of the office. Your role will span across:

• Team & Office Management: Diary coordination, office oversight, and keeping supplies in check
• Client Liaison: Supporting onboarding, AML checks, and client communications
• File & Case Management: Keeping everything organised and compliant
• Finance & Legal Cashiering: Billing, budgeting, and credit control
• Sales & Business Development: Collaborating with marketing, attending networking events
• HR Support: Recruitment, contracts, inductions, and performance reviews
• IT & Compliance: Liaising with IT providers, managing updates, and improving workflows

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in a similar role (legal sector preferred)
• Sharp attention to detail and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
• A self-starter with basic project management skills
• A team player who's ready to grow and take initiative
