Law Firm Practice Manager /Operations Manager

About the firm:

This highly regarded, CQS-accredited law firm has been established for over 30 years and has a network of offices in Warwickshire and Leicestershire. They currently employ around 30 staff and have active growth plans in place for future expansion.

What you'll be doing:

Working as an integral part of the senior management team across business operations
Overseeing and supervising business support employees including legal cashiers and reception staff
Overseeing legal accounts, ensuring compliance with SRA accounts regulations
Dealing with suppliers and negotiating contracts, handling contract reviews and renewals
Overseeing staff welfare and practice management across three offices
Assisting with recruitment interviewsWho we're looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

Sound experience and a good understanding of SRA accounts regulations
Experience of dealing with both office accounts and client accounts
Operational experience within private practice 
The ability to manage/supervise support staff in a busy law firm
Experience of day to day office management
Excellent communication skills and an engaging, supportive demeanor What's on offer:

This is a full-time permanent job which is fully office-based, working 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Reduced and/or flexible hours will also be considered for suitably experienced candidates
