Job Description
Providing comprehensive administrative support to

the Legal team .
Assisting in the management of legal projects and tasks.
Coordinating with various departments within the company.
Ensuring legal documents are accurately maintained and updated.
Assisting in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
Managing timelines and schedules to meet project deadlines.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Supporting the Legal team in any additional tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Project Administrator should have:
Qualifications in Business Administration, Law , or a related field.
High level of proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications, including (but not limited to) Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Salesforce & Docusign knowledge preferable
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good understanding of the Technology & Telecoms industry.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
