Legal Project Manager, with at least 4+ years Legal Project Management, is required by a multinational law firm in Central London. Typically, you may have been at solicitor or at Associate level previously and moved into Legal Project management. Legal or project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, , or LPM certifications) are a plus

As a Legal Project Manager, you'll work closely with partners, lawyers, and clients to scope, plan, and manage complex legal matters. You'll bring structure, transparency, and efficiency to high-value legal projects across multiple practice areas

Experience required:

- 4+ years' experience in legal project management, preferably for a global law firm.

- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Strong budgeting, analytical, and communication abilities.

- Familiarity with legal tech and AI tools is a plus.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project management for high-value legal matters across the EMEA region.

- Collaborate with legal teams and clients to define scope, budgets, timelines, and governance.

- Promote and implement legal tech and AI solutions to improve service delivery.

- Act as a Solutions ambassador within practice groups, identifying opportunities for innovation.

- Drive continuous improvement in legal processes, tools, and methodologies.

- Partner with Innovation, AI, Business Development, IT, and Finance to deliver integrated solutions.
