Legal Receptionist

A respected Doncaster-based law firm is looking for a confident and capable Receptionist to join their front-of-house team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a professional environment and takes pride in delivering excellent first impressions.
Whether welcoming clients into the office, answering calls with warmth and efficiency, or supporting the team behind the scenes, you'll play an important part in keeping things running smoothly day-to-day.

• 
  Welcoming clients and visitors and making them feel at ease
• 
  Managing the reception area and ensuring it's always presentable
• 
  Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally
• 
  Handling post and deliveries in and out of the office
• 
  Booking meeting rooms and helping manage diaries
• 
  Assisting with general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and document handling
• 
  Supporting the wider legal team with ad hoc office tasks

• 
  Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
• 
  A friendly and professional manner-both in person and over the phone
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Strong attention to detail and time management
• 
  Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
