Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join this high-performing London Legal team. If you have 1–5 years' experience in legal recruitment and are looking to work with elite clients while accelerating your career, this is an outstanding opportunity to take the next step. The Opportunity Join a warm, established desk with immediate access to: * Existing client and candidate networks across the London legal market * Relationships with leading US, Magic Circle and Silver Circle law firms * Live vacancies across both private practice and in-house legal recruitment * A respected brand with an outstanding reputation in the legal sector This is far from a cold desk. You'll benefit from experienced leadership, collaborative colleagues and the support needed to build a highly successful desk from day one. The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will: * Manage and develop relationships with leading law firms and legal employers * Recruit high-calibre legal professionals from Associate through to Partner level * Grow your desk through account management and targeted business development * Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates * Build the foundations for future leadership opportunities within the business Clear Career Progression * Fast-track progression to Principal or Managing Consultant * A clear pathway to Associate Director and Director level within 2–3 years * The opportunity to build, mentor and lead a growing team You'll receive ongoing leadership development, market expertise and the autonomy to shape your own career.
