Salary: £23,020

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

9am - 5:15pm with an hour for lunch between 1pm-2pm

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Legal Secretary to join our legal team. The successful candidate will support solicitors with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence and reports.
• Manage solicitor's diaries, schedule appointments and arrange meetings
• Handle incoming calls, emails and client correspondence professionally
• Maintain and update client files, both electronic and paper-based
• Liaise with courts, clients and external parties
• Process legal forms and assist with billing and file management

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
• Excellent typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office, case management systems)
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Discretion and professionalism when dealing
