Job Description - Legal Secretary

  • A very busy role within an established firm of solicitors.
  • Audio typing
  • Parking nearby to the office

Our client is looking for an experienced legal secretary who will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of this legal department by providing administrative support, managing legal documents, and ensuring the efficient flow of information.

You will have good audio experience, be able to take direction and also work on your own initiative. A chance to be one step ahead and have a fullfilling and busy role.

  • Organising, filing, and managing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings.
  • Handling client communications, answering phones, and communicating with clients, and colleagues.
  • Assisting with legal research and locating relevant information for cases.
  • Typing and preparing legal documents
  • Must be good with technology and pick up new systems easily.
