We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy and friendly Residential Property department. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a modern and growing firm.

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in providing secretarial and administrative support to our solicitors and fee earners. Your duties will include:

• Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence


• Managing diaries and scheduling appointments


• Handling file opening/closing and compliance procedures


• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties


• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems


• Audio typing

About You:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a legal secretary role (property experience preferred)


• Excellent typing skills and strong attention to detail


• A professional and friendly manner, with good client care skills


• Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to work


• Confidence using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
