Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary in Stirling

Description
Prepare and manage conveyancing documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to progress transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records using legal case management software
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property searches
Draft routine correspondence and legal documents as directed by conveyancing solicitors
Assist with the completion and submission of Land Registry applications and other relevant forms
Monitor transaction deadlines and keep solicitors informed of case progress
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and promptly
Manage billing and invoicing processes related to conveyancing work
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Profile
Previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably within conveyancing or property law
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and terminology
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Eclipse, InfoTrack, or similar) and MS Office suite
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
Discretion and confidentiality
