We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to work in a niche solicitors practice. This role is based in Nottingham and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal secretarial role.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Perform audio and copy typing tasks to a high standard.
• Manage strong administrative duties efficiently.
• Maintain computer literacy to handle various tasks.
• Exhibit an excellent telephone manner.
• Demonstrate superior organisational skills including diary management.
• Maintain filing systems and prepare travelling bundles.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and timely delivery of documents to the court as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary.
• Strong administration skills and experience.
• Proficiency in computer operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in diary management and maintaining filing systems.
