Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize client files and legal documents (physical and electronic).
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, depositions, and court dates.
File legal documents with courts and other authorities as required (e-filing and hard copy).
Manage attorneys' calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.
