• Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the legal team, focusing on private client matters.
• Manage correspondence, ensuring all communications are accurately drafted and dispatched promptly.
• Perform dictation tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare legal documents such as wills, trusts, and estate plans under the guidance of solicitors.
• Assist in preparing for court proceedings and meetings.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and keep all parties informed of upcoming commitments.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, specifically within private client work.
• Proficient in dictation with a high level of accuracy.

• 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
