Legal Secretary

A fantastic position has become available for a Legal Secretary to become part of a dynamic Wills & Probate department within a reputable legal practice. If you're a seasoned legal administrative professional seeking a lively, welcoming, and team-oriented workplace—this may be the ideal role for you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-on-one assistance to a fee earner, whilst also engaging with a supportive group of colleagues
• Producing legal documents from audio dictation
• Organising client meetings, handling enquiries, and maintaining calendars
• Carrying out day-to-day clerical duties including document management, photocopying, and case file setup/closure
• Supporting a fast-paced department, working closely with three other secretarial staff

What They Need From You:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary—background in Wills & Probate or similar areas preferred but not mandatory
• A self-motivated, methodical, and approachable individual
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a cooperative team
