LEGAL SECRETARY

Hours: Full time

A great opportunity for a Legal Secretary to work in a super friendly, long-established, full-service Law Firm in Skipton. As a Legal Secretary, you will be providing support to the Private Client team as well as helping in other departments when required.

Daily Duties

• Document production, using BigHand and copy typing
• Use of a case management system
• Completion of legal forms and precedents
• Client care
• General secretarial tasks, to include telephone liaison and arranging appointments
• Providing cover for the reception team as required
• General administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

• Previous secretarial experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident use of Microsoft packages.
