Legal Secretary

Hours: Full Time, hybrid

Our client, a long established, progressive law firm in Sheffield City Centre, have a new opportunity to join a thriving Property department. Working as a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to Fee Earners in a thriving and friendly environment.

Daily Duties

• Drafting and formatting legal documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Managing diaries including scheduling appointments
• Conducting digital and paper filing
• Audio typing via digital dictation
• Responding to telephone and email enquiries.

Required Skills

• Previous experience in a secretarial role is essential
• Experience in commercial or residential property is desirable
• Confident user of Microsoft Office.
