The Role

You'll provide essential secretarial and administrative support to a specialist legal team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of matters while delivering an exceptional experience for clients.

Responsibilities will include:

* Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence

* Managing diaries, appointments and meetings

* Liaising with clients and handling enquiries professionally

* Preparing legal documentation and file management

* Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks

* General legal secretarial and office duties

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

* Previous experience (2+ years) working as a Legal Secretary

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Professional communication skills

* A client-focused approach

* Experience within Wills, Trusts & Probate would be advantageous
