Legal Secretary

An established firm based in the Leamington area are hiring for a full time permanent Legal Secretary. Hours of the role are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm based onsite.

We would like to hear from candidates for the Legal Secretary role who:

Have experience as legal secretary or legal pa
An excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing workload and working towards deadlines
Flexible approach to working
Key duties of the Legal Secretary role Include:

General administration support to the solicitors.
Meeting and greeting clients/visitors
Handling incoming calls and emails form clients/stakeholders.
Opening and closing files.
Supporting colleagues with file opening and closing.
Preparing and amending documentation for solicitors.
Ad-hoc admin duties.
Key Information about the Legal Secretary role:

Salary £22-25k per annum DOE
