Legal Secretary

Our client is a fast growing and highly dynamic Legal Practice located in Hertfordshire. We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary/Legal PA with experience in residential conveyancing to provide support to two Fee Earners.

Duties include:
• Supporting Fee Earners in all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Diary and email management
• Drafting transfers, contracts, leases, certificates of title, sales documents, collating auction packs and preparing transfers of sale
• Preparing Land Registry and Stamp Duty applications
• Performing and reporting on Anti Money Laundering procedures and compliance
