Are you an experienced Legal PA ready to join a top-tier US Law firm? We're seeking a polished professional to support a high-profile team advising major clients across the green energy space!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Complex diary and travel management across multiple time zones

• Preparing and formatting legal documents and client materials

• Managing expenses, billing, and time recording

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients

• Assisting with onboarding new team members and general administration

You will need:

Around 5 years Legal Secretary/PA experience at Partner level
