A respected boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Secretary to provide dedicated support to a Partner within their busy Commercial team. This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to join a close-knit, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and managing legal correspondence and documents
• Conducting searches and preparing completion statements
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
• Providing comprehensive administrative support
• Working closely alongside another Secretary to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Commercial Property/Commercial Conveyancing and Private Client work
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident with case management systems; experience with Elite or iManage is highly desirable
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage a high-volume workload efficiently

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (full-time, office-based)
