Commercial Property Legal Secretary - Ashford - Up to £26,000
Located minutes from the station | 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday | Fully office-based


Are you an experienced legal secretary looking to join a forward-thinking and dynamic legal team? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy and supportive Commercial Property department based in Ashford.

Working directly with a friendly and approachable Partner, you'll play a vital role in keeping the team running smoothly. You'll be joining a collaborative commercial hub where everyone works together on one floor, creating a supportive and energetic environment. Your legal secretarial experience will be key to helping the team manage their growing workload.

In this role, you'll handle a broad range of secretarial duties including:

• Audio typing and document production (e.g. lease extensions, deeds)
• Opening and closing files
• SDLT calculations and submissions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and external bodies
• Ordering searches and documents
• Diary management for busy fee earners

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £25,000-£26,000 (flexible for the right person), along with:
