Legal Secretary - Corporate - Global Law Firm - £55k

Global Law firm based in Liverpool Street, who are known for their engaged and friendly manner, ensuring that they build long lasting relationships with not only their clients, but staff members alike are currently seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their award winning and friendly Corporate department.

• Based in Liverpool Street
• Paying up to £55,000
• Working within their Corporate department
• Supporting Partner level
• 4/1 Hybrid Working

Duties Include

• Extensive diary management
• Acting as a gatekeeper
• Preparing sensitive and confidential information for meetings
• Creating and amending pitches, proposals and presentations
• Delegation to the central services team
• Extensive travel including preparing information packs
• Attending Client meetings when required
• Assisting with the event planning including sourcing venues and communication
