Job Description - Legal Secretary - Family Department

Role Overview:
A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their busy Family Department at the Atherton office. The role involves providing full secretarial support to solicitors, managing appointments, diary and database work, telephone contact with clients and agencies, and some audio typing.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

Experience in family law at secretarial level
Excellent typing and IT skills
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Ability to work well within a team
Friendly and professional attitude
Ability to work under instruction and manage diary effectively
