This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a dynamic team of fee-earners in a role that offers both variety and responsibility. Based in modern offices in Birmingham City Centre, this position offers a true hybrid working model, with a 50/50 office and home split.

As a Legal Secretary, you will provide essential support to a team of experienced fee-earners, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of their caseloads. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work proactively will be key to your success in this role.

• Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee-earners
• Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel
• Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence
• Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional client communication
• Opening, closing, and archiving client files in line with compliance procedures
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties as required
• Assisting with billing processes and time recording
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a law firm
• Excellent typing and document production skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
