We are working with a top tier law firm who are recruiting a Personal Assistant to join their Commercial Real Estate team in Belfast.
The Role:
Providing efficient administrative support service to Fee Earners, including the preparation of high quality documents, proposals and presentations;
Document production on Property matters;
Onboarding new clients whilst adhering to the Firms compliance procedures;
Extensive diary management, using Microsoft Outlook;
Booking conferences, travel and accommodation using travel management software;
Supporting Fee Earners with invoicing;
Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements.
Essential Criteria:
2+ years’ experience of working as a legal PA;
Current working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and digital dictation;
Proactive, professional attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
Desirable
Experience of using digital dictation systems;
Experience of using time recording and invoicing systems;
Experience of using Landweb and dealing with property search providers;
Experience of matter inception and working with document management systems;
