Position: Legal Secretary - Corporate Department - hybrid working!!

Location: based in a prime London location

About the Firm: Our client, a renowned US law firm, is seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join their corporate department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting a team that includes a Senior Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Time Entry: Accurately record and manage billable hours.
• Expense Reimbursement: Handle expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Calendaring and Scheduling: Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.
• Document Management: Edit, format, and manage legal documents.
• Travel Arrangements: Organise travel plans and itineraries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in a global law firm.
• Proven experience supporting Senior Partners.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
