We are a progressive and commercially successful law firm based in Worthing. We are currently looking for a Legal Secretary/Residential Property Assistant to join our Property Department. What you’ll be doing as Legal Secretary/Residential Property Assistant:

Supporting our Fee Earners across all areas of the Property Department.
Help to ensure files remain compliant with our internal procedures, Lexcel accreditation standards and assist with general secretarial duties.
What we’re looking for in a Legal Secretary/Residential Property Assistant:

Must have prior experience of working in a Residential Property Department / Solicitor's office.
Must have excellent secretarial, administrative and IT skills.
Should be self-motivated, highly organised and be able to multi-task and work independently whilst also being a team player.
Must demonstrate exceptional client care and communication skills when engaging with clients and third parties.
Should have the ability to work accurately under pressure and have superb attention to detail.
