Job Description - Legal Services Manager

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a well-establish housing association, based in London, which needs a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing in-house legal team as a Legal Services Manager.

Role: Legal Services Manager (Litigation)
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 to 65,0000

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Service Manager:
  • Inspire, lead, and manage lawyers in the Legal Services team.
  • Manage a personal caseload of mixed housing management litigation and other contentious matters, providing high-quality legal services and advice.
  • Provide training for the Legal Services team, developing tools, precedents, and ensuring high levels of oversight and consistency.
Key Requirements:
  • You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive.
  • Have a proven track record in housing management related litigation and other contentious litigation, ideally in the Social Housing sector.
  • Have strong leadership and management skills.
