We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Manager to lead a talented group of advisors within a growing, values-led legal services business. In this pivotal role, you’ll combine leadership excellence with hands-on legal expertise, ensuring your team delivers outstanding client service, maintains the highest standards of compliance, and achieves ambitious commercial goals. What we're looking for:

• Strong legal background in Private Client Law
• Proven leadership and people development skills
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence in client care
• The ability to inspire, engage, and motivate others

The finer elements of the role include (but not limited to)

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Legal Advisors
• Manage your own caseload of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, ensuring quality and compliance
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to exceed KPIs
• Drive a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and client focus
• Strengthen the branch’s local presence through networking, marketing, and relationship building
