One of Meraki Talents Legal clients are hiring for a Support Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in IT and play a crucial part in a global Law firm. They are looking for someone who is motivated by technology with career progression at the forefront of their mind. They are open to someone who is a law graduate who is passionate about technology or someone who currently has experience in a legal tech position.

Responsibilities of the Support Analyst:

Assisting users to resolve queries and escalating any issues to other teams if required
Becoming a true expert with house systems such as HighQ, AI Platforms and Litera transact
Help with the process of upskilling both internal and external clients to ensure great user experience
Provide admin support for product managers and admitting regular user and project archiving

Background of the Support Analyst:

Motivated by all thing’s tech with a keen desire to learn and upskill
Knowledge of legal technology would be a bonus but not essential
Desire to work in an environment that provides regular feedback to help further career development
Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to collaborate with both internal & external clients
