Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Supervisor

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Salary/Benefits: £28k - £42k + Training & Benefits

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Lead Legionella Risk Assessor to join their growing company. Candidates must hold a strong track record of conducting legionella risk assessments and will be able to utilise their experience to audit completed works and oversee a team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and will be confident in communicating with clients and colleagues to resolve issues and deliver projects. You will be joining a successful outfit who provide full legionella, water hygiene and plumbing services. Salaries on offer are competitive and packages include: company vehicle and overtime earning.

Experience / Qualifications:

* Experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor Supervisor

* Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing

* Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

* Proven experience leading / overseeing teams

* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

* Excellent communication skills

The Role:

* Overseeing successful completion of Legionella Risk Assessments within a successful company

* Auditing and quality checking completed reports

* Providing training and support to Legionella Risk Assessors

* Carrying out performance reviews with Risk Assessors

* Conducting legionella risk assesments on domestic hot and cold water systems

* Maintaining strong relationships with clients

* Troubleshooting issues on site

* Creating detailed risk assessment reports and schematic drawings

* Ensuring works are completed within agreed timeframes

* Keeping up-to-date with industry guidelines
