Leisure and Business Travel Consultant – Stevenage

We’re looking for a Leisure and Business Travel Consultant to join our lovely client in Stevenage! This is a technology focused company who have invested heavily in creating bespoke booking platforms for both leisure and corporate clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping leisure customers plan and book their dream holidays – from city breaks to long-haul adventures.
• Offering expert advice, tailoring travel packages to each client’s needs and budget.
• Work on bookings both via the clients online booking tool and the GDS
• Managing enquiries within both business and leisure travel from start to finish with care and attention to detail.
• Building lasting relationships with corporate clients and get to understand their differing needs.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in booking flights via the GDS (Galileo preferred)
• Strong travel industry knowledge gained from a tailor made background or business travel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A team player with great attention to detail.
• Someone who’s enthusiastic, proactive and keen to work across both areas of travel.
