Key Responsibilities:
?? Conducting industry research and undertaking financial analysis
?? Reviewing development schemes and assessing borrower financial stability
?? Coordinating loan paperwork and client onboarding procedures
? Supporting the management of current lending portfolios
?? Contributing to partnership initiatives and cooperative projects
?? Discovering and initiating new funding prospects

What We’re Looking For:
? Numerically confident – ideally a graduate in a relevant discipline, or holding at least a GCSE Grade 6 (B) in Mathematics
? Proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
? Detail-oriented, with good command of Microsoft Excel
? In possession of a full UK driving licence and personal transport
