Letting Specialist

Turning interest into occupancy!

We are looking for a results-driven Letting Specialist who enjoys following up opportunities and turning enquiries into signed deals. In this role, you will drive the letting journey from first contact to move-in, proactively driving leads forward, reducing vacancy and making sure opportunities are followed up on with the help of efficient solutions and AI.

You need to combine a commercial mindset with excellent customer service, helping prospective tenants find the right home while ensuring our apartments are let quickly and professionally.

Your job tasks include

• Ensure apartments are let quickly and efficiently, in line with our rental processes and policies.
• Engage with prospective residents, following up on leads and responding promptly to enquiries throughout their rental journey.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, creating a welcoming and professional experience for prospective residents.
• Manage the new tenancy process from application through referencing, documentation and preparation of tenancy agreements.
• Review vacancy performance each month and work closely with the team to agree clear actions for all vacant apartments.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to both prospective and existing residents, continuously looking for ways to improve their experience.
• Support residents with queries relating to lettings, rental agreements, contracts and other tenancy matters.
• Ensure all letting activities meet relevant legal and compliance requirements and follow internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the property management database.
• Contribute to resident-focused marketing activities and initiatives that support successful lettings.
• Support the Facility Manager with enquiries from residents, utility providers, local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Take ownership of specific projects and ad hoc tasks that support the wider team.
• Provide general administrative support as required to help ensure the smooth running of the local operation.

• You are commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working towards clear goals.
• You have 3 year’s experience in lettings or sales from a  results-driven environment.
• Completed A-levels, relevant estate agency training, vocational qualifications or equivalent experience. A degree is an advantage, but not essential.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, digital tools and have a tech-forward mindset
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• A good understanding of lettings compliance and local regulations.
• ARLA qualification is meriting.
