Job Description - Lettings Administrator

Lettings Administrator - Richmond office
Up to £32,000 | Global luxury estate agency brand | Mon-Fri | Discretionary bonus

I'm working with one of the most prestigious names in global property - a powerhouse brand synonymous with luxury, integrity, and world-class service. Their Twickenham team is growing, and they're looking for a Lettings Coordinator to support their high-performing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1+ year's experience in a lettings admin role, who wants to take their career to the next level within a globally respected business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing landlord paperwork & ensuring property compliance

  • Creating and updating property details in the CRM

  • AML checks & valuation pack preparation

  • Booking photography, floorplans & EPCs

  • Managing invoices and arranging payments

  • Advertising properties & handling enquiries

  • Supporting landlord onboarding and day-to-day admin tasks

Ideal Profile:

  • 1 year+ experience in a lettings administration role

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised

  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset

  • Interested in long-term career growth in the property sector
