Lettings Administrator

An established independent property business is looking for an organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to join its busy lettings team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, systems, spreadsheets and keeping transactions moving. You’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly from offer accepted through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage lettings administration from offer to move-in
* Prepare tenancy agreements and documentation
* Manage referencing, compliance and tenancy progression
* Liaise with landlords, tenants and third parties
* Maintain accurate property and tenancy records
* Track deadlines and proactively chase outstanding information
* Manage emails and enquiries efficiently
* Support negotiators with day-to-day administration
* Assist with renewals and general tenancy administration
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised and detail-focused
* Efficient and able to manage multiple priorities
* Proactive and confident chasing progress
* Comfortable using spreadsheets and computer systems
* Professional with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in lettings, property or estate agency is essential working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Reapit, Goodlord or similar property software is highly desirable.
