The Role:
As a Lettings Associate, you’ll be instrumental in matching high-calibre tenants with premium properties across Docklands and Canary Wharf. You’ll work alongside some of the best agents in the business, benefit from exceptional marketing support, and thrive in an environment where success is rewarded — and genuinely achievable.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, qualifying, and managing prospective tenants.
• Conducting viewings and securing high-value lets.
• Winning new instructions and building a strong personal brand in the area.
• Managing landlord and tenant negotiations to ensure smooth, successful lettings.
• Maintaining high levels of client service, professionalism, and performance.
• Working to clear KPIs and targets — with unlimited commission potential.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years' experience in a Lettings Negotiator or Associate role (preferably in a high-value market).
• A genuine passion for property, people, and exceeding targets.
• Outstanding communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for financial success.
• Organised, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential).
