Job Description - Lettings Branch Manager

Lettings Branch Manager – Clapham
Location: Clapham, London
£35,000 Basic + Car Allowance | £80,000 OTE + Benefits

Are you a proven lettings leader ready to step into a high-performing branch with serious earning potential? One of South West London’s most recognised and respected agencies is looking for a Lettings Branch Manager to lead their dynamic team in Clapham.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company with an outstanding reputation, a strong presence across the region, and the infrastructure to support long-term success.
The Role:

Lead and manage the lettings team in one of the company’s flagship South West London branches.
Drive performance across lettings valuations, instructions, and agreed lets.
Ensure exceptional customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet and exceed targets.
Take full responsibility for branch profitability and performance.
Act as a local market expert, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening market share.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Manager, ideally within a busy London office.
Strong knowledge of the South West London rental market.
Results-driven with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
Inspiring leadership style with a focus on team development and culture.
ARLA qualified (preferred but not essential).
Full UK driving licence required.
