Lettings Branch Manager

Location: London, Streatham
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
On-Target Earnings: £50,000+ (Basic £22,000–£32,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission)

• Leading daily team meetings and coaching to hit KPIs
• Driving new and repeat business
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements
• Ensuring compliance with all letting's legislation
• Monitoring performance and supporting team development

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above
• Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Business planning and competitor analysis experience
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
• Confident IT and telephone skills
