Lettings Branch Manager – Estate Agency
Location: Hornchurch, Essex
Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE) | OTE: Up to £50,000
Extras: Company car or car allowance + upfront £2,500 support bonus

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established and market-leading estate agency, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Branch Manager to lead their successful Hornchurch office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Manager ready to step up, or for an existing Branch Manager looking for a new challenge with strong earning potential, a supportive team environment, and long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a busy lettings team, holding daily meetings and 1:1s
• Drive new business generation and grow market share
• Manage property listings, viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements
• Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and internal procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain the agency’s strong local reputation

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above
• A strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence (manual)
• A proactive and professional attitude, with a drive to succeed

What’s on Offer:

• Basic salary up to £32,000 DOE
• Realistic OTE of £50,000+
• £2,500 support payment in your first 3 months
• Uncapped commission and elite performance bonuses
• Choice of company car or monthly car allowance
• Monday–Friday 8:30am–6pm, every other Saturday 9am–5pm
• Funded ARLA qualification and access to further professional training
