Job Description - Lettings Client Accounts Manager FINCHLEY

Client Accounts Manager (Residential Lettings) - Finchley

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced lettings account manager to join a successful and fast growing estate agency operating in Finchley. This is a new position and an exciting addition to the business!

The Salary
£28,000 - ?34,000

Job Responsibilities

The purpose of Client Accounting Manager position is to manage the Client Accounts team, ensuring our clients - including, but not limited to landlords, tenants, and contractors - are provided with a excellent service level by ensuring payments are correctly allocated, paid, and reconciled on a daily basis.

  • Manage the efficiencies and service levels of the Client Accounts team
  • Complete quarterly and annual Non-Resident Landlord Taxation Returns
  • Complete annual Schedule 23 Returns
  • Auditing Lettings and Property Management teams across the business by producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly auditing reports
  • Ensure the company is following RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) guidelines, always in preparation for audit
  • Ensure all client queries are answered in a timely manner, by email and telephone
  • Assist team where required to ensure we are always proactive
  • Ensure Client Account reconciles daily
  • Complete month end reports for the board of directors
  • Ensure all move-ins, renewals, and end of tenancies are processed in a timely manner
  • Monthly deposit reconciliation
  • Monthly rent and legal protection reconciliation
  • Liaising with Letting & Property Management Department Heads to ensure a cohesive working environment is established

The Ideal Candidate

Full training for the role will be given but it is essential that you have previous lettings client account and management experience, as well as and intermediate ability using Microsoft Office software. It would be advantageous (but not essential) if you have previously used Reapit, are ARLA Level 3 qualified (however we do offer sponsorship for this qualification from Day 1 of employment) and have a recognised management qualification.
