Lettings Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Consultant to join this market leading independent agent within their office in Bridgend.  

The successful Lettings Consultant will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team.  

Lettings Consultant – Benefits

Lettings Consultant – Duties  

• Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace
• Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times
• Carrying out viewings
• Carrying out property inspections
• Carrying out take ons of new properties
• Serving of notices
• Adhering to Lettings legislation and company procedures at all times 

Lettings Consultant – Experience Needed  

• Experience within a similar Lettings role is essential 
• Previous experience in customer service
• Previous use of Lettings software
• You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle as this is predominantly an appointment based role
• Good knowledge of Bridgend, Neath and the surrounding areas is desirable
• You will be driven and keen to progress your career within the lettings industry
