Lettings Consultant – New Build Residential | East London

A leading property development business with a significant residential portfolio in East London is looking to hire an experienced Lettings Consultant to join their dynamic in-house team.

This is a rare opportunity to work on across multiple development with a high volume of new build stock, offering modern, design-led homes with exceptional amenities and services.

The Role:

As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lettings process, from conducting viewings and securing tenants to coordinating move-ins and ensuring an outstanding customer journey. You’ll be based on-site, working closely with property management, marketing, and asset management teams to ensure high occupancy levels and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with applicants, tenants, and internal stakeholders
• Support marketing efforts to drive interest in available units
• Stay informed on local market trends to advise on pricing and strategy
• Ensure compliance with all lettings legislation and internal processes

About You:

• Previous experience in residential lettings, ideally within new build or build-to-rent developments
• Strong knowledge of the Canary Wharf/East London rental market
• Confident, professional and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• ARLA qualification is a plus but not essential
